History

Beginning in 1990, the Group started life as United Building Products, a local building supply business. As the business grew, it needed larger premises to operate and as such property development was integrated/justified by the building supply business activities. The model being based on the common ownership between the landlord & tenant allowed for the mutual benefit & growth. United Building Products is now one of the leading and largest building suppliers in the Illawarra recognised by the trade and DIY customer. United Building Products was sold to Big River Group (ASX: BRI) in late 2021 and continues to operate out of one of the Group’s properties.

Due to the success of the United business, the Quality Green Group expanded into other property investments and developments and has enjoyed significant growth since 2013 with major investments in the Wollongong A-grade office market representing the bulk of growth. QGG has an experienced and capable in-house team who manage QGG owned properties with the capacity for future growth.
